Controls	Sciaky's intuitive and user-friendly, three-phase resistance welding control provides consistent, repeatable welding results.
Operator Pendant	Provides convenient access to functions such as Repeat, Sequence On/Off and Weld/No Weld.
Low Inertia Electrode Force System	The hollow ram is made of hardened and ground steel, guided by sets of preloaded, antifriction bearings. The ram, combined with the frictionless diaphragm head, comprises a force system with rapid response to follow changes as the weld nugget grows.
Variable Electrode Force Cycle	The pneumatic system can provide precompression and forging when welding parts made of highly resistive or crack-sensitive alloys.
Retraction Stroke	Retraction strokes up to 6 inches provide the ability to reach welds on oversize parts.
Pneumatic System	The pneumatic system includes standard 24-VDC solenoid valves, filters, regulators, and lubricators. Sciaky contact gauges ensure that proper welding force is present before welding starts. The optional Programmable Air System makes the air pressure programmable from within the weld schedule.
