The Sciaky weld system is programmed and operated by a graphical user interface called WinWeld™, which allows the user to easily communicate with the Sigma Six control.

WinWeld is easy to use and provides the power and flexibility for the most demanding users. Sciaky's unique architecture runs three (3) processors simultaneously. This real-time configuration is fast and upgradeable to match your future needs.

Operators can retrieve, download and upload performance data on welds to conform with quality standards.

The WinWeld program also allows an operator to write a customized program and then institute maintenance checks within that program. In addition, pictures may be scanned for easy identification.

Easy Programming and Built-in Setup Checks

	1. Program Menu: The Sigma Six uses a simple "fill-in-the-blanks" menu programming system for most welds. This approach allows users to program by entering only the required data in fields that use familiar terminology. All entries are checked against machine capacity and other factors for error-proof programming.
	2. File Menu: Programs use common language syntax and standard welding terminology. There are no codes or programming languages to learn. Sciaky WinWeld software can be networked using standard Ethernet hardware and software.
	3. Part Setup Screen: Operator setup screens can be developed to prompt the operator with both text and graphics for proper machine and tooling setup. Additional screens can be programmed to appear periodically and require the operator to check for electrode wear, part alignment, or other factors during welding operations.
